The chandelier already exists, it was part of the Advent calendar 2014. Note: a Sims 3 version of these will be available next week. There’s also my super glamourous chandelier, plus a barber sink and a mirror (two versions of it, actually, one working as a mirror, the other one as a television, so Sims stay on their chair, instead of running everywhere.) The barber sink is back-sided, so you can, roughly, simulate your Sim is washing hair. Definitely worth the download for your sophisticated Sim 24. This CC gives not only the usual natural colors, but includes silver and brown nude colors too. It’s still not “Design Tool” compatible, though, as TSR Workshop doesn’t have this option yet. One can never go wrong with a French manicure, it gives your nails extra shine and pamper on any given day. You’ll find various clutter: lipstick, hair spray, creme pots (yes, I know Nivea isn’t exctly what you expect in a Beauty Salon, but I needed some! )), nailpolish, eye shadow… Everything can be sold in GTW retail shops, and can be recolorable to your taste. For it to work, you would need The Sims 4: Fitness Stuff installed on your game. It is also available as an accessory in CAS (under the piercings category). Here’s the second part of Dina’s beauty salon (I haven’t found a name for it… any suggestion, with preferably a silly pun in it, would be welcome! )) This Sims 4 mod automatically replaces the gaming headphones that you purchase from the computer.
